Andy is working hard to build up his healing
energy.
Andy Langberg has been studying Yi Chuan
and Qi Gong with a private teacher since
February 2009. Yi Chuan (Yiquan) comes
from the Chinese martial art Hsing Yi Chuan.
The literal translation means "Intention
Fist" which hints at the system's emphasis
of using intention to deliver power instead
muscles. It also teaches the student
to strengthen the body from the inside out.
The daily practices open up all the meridian
pathways to allow the chi or life energy to
flow stronger and freer. The intention
exercises learned help store this Qi so that
it can be channeled for healing or fighting.
The Qigong practice is also being used to
develop the intent and healing power
directly into Andy's hands.
There have been noticeable results in Andy's
body from this work and it is all
transferring to his clients during each
session.
Jay Blumenfeld wins NJ State Amateur Golfer of the Year again
Our congratulations goes to Jay, a member of Mountain Ridge Country Club, for winning this prestigious title again in 2009. He has been using Reactivation for a couple years now.
Having suffered from many aches, pains, and strains, Jay credits TBR and Andy Langberg with helping him
get his body in great shape so he could concentrate on his his golf game. "Andy certainly helped me
achieve my success since winning the title in 2006 by keeping my neck, back, and body in good shape. I still go to see Andy for
tune-ups in order to continue to compete at the highest level possible".
Andy Langberg works with local pro sports teams.
Andy Langberg has been an official
consultant to the NJ Nets basketball team and NY Giants football Team. Working directly with
the medical staff, Andy works with players using Total Body Reactivation. His job entails getting the individual players ready for each game.
Having grown up a NY sports fan, it is truly an honor for Andy to be
chosen to help the players stay healthy and perform optimally.
Andy Langberg Works with Titleist and the PGA Golf Tour
Andy spent a week in San Diego working with the Titleist Performance Institute.
Reactivating all of the staff and showing them how TBR can benefit the golf community was
an amazing experience. He was able to work with a few of the world's top players as they
were there playing in the Accenture Match Play at La Costa. One of his players went on to finish
second overall in the tournament.
